Will Pump Hooks work with my adjustable dumbbells? 

Yes! Pump Hooks will work on any dumbbell that has a handle length of 5" or longer and has a diameter of 38mm or less.

 

Pump Hooks XL are designed specifically for Powerblock (except Elite models) and Bowflex dumbbells.  They will work on Fixed Dumbbells too.

 

Pump Hooks work on the majority of adjustable dumbbells on the market with the above dimensions except for Nuobells.

What's the difference between Pump Hooks XL and Pump Hooks 2.0?

Pump Hooks XL are designed specifically for Powerblocks and Bowflex dumbbells but can fit fixed dumbbells too.

 

Pump Hooks 2.0 are designed for Fixed Dumbbells. This is our classic design with improved ergonomics, aesthetics, and dimensions.

What are Pump Hooks made out of?

The extremely durable Pump Hooks are made of a solid steel core and covered in industrial vinyl dipped coating to protect your dumbbells, barbells, and kettlebells.

Can Pump Hooks be used for anything other than hooking onto free weights?

Yes!  Pump Hooks can be used for the following:

Loaded Belt Squats

Weighted Dips

Resistance Band/Cable Pull-Ups

Attach D-Handles for T-Bar Rows on a barbell

Connect Two Pump Hooks together for Loaded Farmer's Carry and Spotter Hooks

Will Pump Hooks work with any resistance bands?

Yes!  Pump Hooks were universally designed to work with any style of bands on the market, including carabiner, looped, braided, covered, etc. 

 

The center hole allows for carabiner connection while the two smaller hooks can be used to seamlessly slide a band through without the use of a carabiner. 

How much weight can Pump Hooks handle?

Pump Hooks can take 350lbs of downward pull or tension from resistance bands, chains, or cables. 

Is there a warranty?

Yes!  Pump Hooks are warrantied for 1 Year from any manufacturer's defects.

I have never done a lot of combination dumbbell with band work because it was hard to get the band right in your hand as well as even tensioned on both sides. This system takes care of all that and more. The different position hook points are great. The dumbbell hooks slide right on the handles with no problem. The difference this makes in the strength curve of a lift is incredible. Working to failure came much faster than expected. Great product. So far I have used for Arms, Chest and Back.

Man, nice product. I mainly use the hooks for drop sets. I like being able to remove the bands quicker than normal to keep up the intensity - sweet pump too.
