I have never done a lot of combination dumbbell with band work because it was hard to get the band right in your hand as well as even tensioned on both sides. This system takes care of all that and more. The different position hook points are great. The dumbbell hooks slide right on the handles with no problem. The difference this makes in the strength curve of a lift is incredible. Working to failure came much faster than expected. Great product. So far I have used for Arms, Chest and Back.

Will Pump Hooks work with my adjustable dumbbells?

Pump Hooks XL are designed specifically for Powerblock (except Elite USA and Elite EXP models) and Bowflex dumbbells. They will work on Fixed Dumbbells too.

Pump Hooks XL will fit most adjustable dumbbells on the market that has a handle length of 4.8" or longer.

Pump Hooks 2.0 and XL models will not fit Nuobells. Interested in Pump Hooks for Nuobells? Let us know at info@pumpstrength.com

Can Pump Hooks be used for anything other than hooking onto dumbbells and barbells?

Yes! Pump Hooks can be used for the following:

Loaded Belt Squats

Weighted Dips

Resistance Band/Cable Pull-Ups

Attach D-Handles for T-Bar Rows on a barbell

Connect Two Pump Hooks together for Loaded Farmer's Carry and Spotter Hooks

Will Pump Hooks work with any resistance bands?

Yes! Pump Hooks were universally designed to work with any style of bands on the market, including carabiner, looped, braided, covered, etc.

The center hole allows for carabiner connection while the two smaller hooks/slots can be used to seamlessly slide a band through without the use of a carabiner.

How much weight can Pump Hooks handle?

Pump Hooks can take 250 lbs of downward pull or tension from resistance bands, chains, or cables.
