Pump Pad and Pump Hooks Warranty

Structural: ONE YEAR WARRANTY
Subject to the requirements, exclusions and limitations stated below, your Pump Strength product’s structural are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship arising from normal use for one (1) year from the original purchaser (non- transferable).

Pump Pad

Please note: The grip tape and rubber anti-slip feet on Pump Pads are wearable items and do not fall under 1 year warranty period. These items are warrantied for 30 Days after purchase date. Do NOT drag Pump Pads on the ground and/or while they are placed under other fitness equipment to avoid damaging.  Any damage caused by this type of neglect voids warranty and is not eligible for return.

Pump Hooks

Please note:  The vinyl-dipped coating is a wearable item.  Although it is extremely durable, this feature does not fall under 1 year warranty period.  This item is warrantied for 30 Days after purchase date.  

The powder coating is a wearable item and not covered under warranty.  

Pump Bands Resistance Bands: 30 Day Warranty
Subject to the requirements, exclusions and limitations stated below, your Pump Strength Resistance Bands (Pump Bands) is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship arising from normal use for 30 days of the original purchaser (non- transferable).

Any products that fall under eligible Return timelines and guidelines must be in un-used, like-new condition and in original packaging.  Returns may be subject to restocking fee and will be reviewed for approval or denial. 

EXCLUSIVE REMEDY
Pump Strength's equipment solution for any of the above warranties shall be the repair or replacement of defective parts, or the supply of labor to remedy any defect. For claim requests you must submit written email.  All requests will be reviewed for approval or denial.
