Great Product
Unique item. Makes home gym training more effective and fun! Well made and a great idea! I would like to see the bands in the slastix form (covered with cloth than exposed ) in the future! Overall great product! Glad I purchased it!

Love This Product
I have never done a lot of combination dumbbell with band work because it was hard to get the band right in your hand as well as even tensioned on both sides. This system takes care of all that and more. The different position hook points are great. The dumbbell hooks slide right on the handles with no problem. The difference this makes in the strength curve of a lift is incredible. Working to failure came much faster than expected. Great product. So far I have used for Arms, Chest and Back.

Lovin it
Ideal for increasing resistance with limited dumbbells. Love the resistance bands' strength curve, they make exercises tougher just when they start feeling easier. Thanks for the helpful social media videos - great workout ideas!

Dig it
Man, nice product. I mainly use the hooks for drop sets. I like being able to remove the bands quicker than normal to keep up the intensity - sweet pump too.
Resistance bands provide variable tension that increases through the movement. The further the band is stretched the more difficult it becomes therefore the end of the movement is most challenging.
Free weights provide constant resistance yet tend to be harder in the initial movement of a rep. Once you get the weight past a certain point, your mechanical advantage kicks in and the weight feels lighter.
Combining the static/constant resistance from free weights and the variable resistance from bands at the same time forces your muscles to work harder, leading to improved muscle activation and a more intense workout.
The greater the muscle recruitment and the longer time under tension (TUT), the more oxygen, water and blood are pumped into to the muscle which leads to a greater lactic-acid build up and to a fuller muscle pump.

FAQ
Will Pump Hooks work with my adjustable dumbbells?
Yes! Pump Hooks will work on any dumbbell that has a handle length of 5" or longer and has a diameter of 38mm or less.
Pump Hooks work on the majority of adjustable dumbbells on the market with the above dimensions except for Nuobells.
Do I have to use the Pump Hooks with the Pump Pads?
No! Pump Hooks can be used without the Pump Pads and can be used with any resistance bands on the market!
The Pump Pad's are great for using with any bench exercises or if you want to avoid the tedious process of stepping in and out of bands with each and every set.
What are the Pump Pads and Pump Hooks made of?
Pump Pads are made of solid stainless steel.
Pump Hooks are made of solid steel core with a full vinyl-dipped layer to protect your dumbbells, barbells, and kettlebells.
How long are the Pump Bands and can they be shortened or lengthened?
The Pump Bands are 18" long from end to end. We did a lot of testing to determine which length would work for the maximum amount of exercises as well as testing different user heights.
If for any reason you need to lengthen the bands, our Pump Bands Set comes with Band Extenders that connect to the ends of the bands.
You can shorten the bands using Pump Hooks by wrapping/weaving the bands through the two smaller hooks until you have reached the appropriate length. It's easy and awesome!
Will any resistance bands work with the Pump Pad?
Yes! Pump Pad is universally designed to work with nearly all styles (looped, carabiner, braided, etc.) of resistance bands.
Do I need two Pump Pads?
One Pump Pad is great for single limb exercises, such as a stationary lunge or one arm row.
To take the most advantage of our products, we recommend two Pump Pads for anyone wanting to use them with bench exercises or exercise both sides of the body at the same time (bilateral) such as bench press, shoulder press, squats, etc.
