Awesome! It has been a GOD send for me because I have had rotator cuff repair, bicep muscle re attached and bone spur grinded down. I had 3 surgeries in 1. 44 years old now so can't train like I use to with solid heavy weight from the ground up. With the variable resistance of using resistance bands or chains makes it way way better for me so it's lighter at the bottom and heaviest at the top load of still using bar but with less weighted plates and add on resistance bands or chains. I still lack another 3 months to get all my strength back in my right shoulder so it will become symetrical with my left shoulder since my right tricep is 1/2" inch smaller than my left. Also I'm gonna modify the power hooks to where I make a opening to accept gorilla bands and then attach to my olympic bar for my 5 footer and 7 footer. I also have the pump hooks as well. Great way to train too for older years to keep it lighter at the base load where your more suseptible to injury compared to where your more strong and safe at the top load. I researched the statistics and with variable resistance training depending on the lift your 20% to 50% less susceptible to being injured compared to solid heavy dead weight of gravity. For 45 and older it's a smarter way to train with variable resistance. For those that want to adapt gorilla bow bands to the power hooks just measure the width groove at the end of bow with digital caliper and then using a die grinder and set edge margins and make a groove cut and remove sharp edges when done with deburr tool and then modify the mid cut section with either a plasti dip, rubber dip or modified way to make soft of accepting the gorilla bow band in the groove so it does not tear the knot section of gorilla bow band. Jim Stoppani, PhD on youtube with his video on "Barbell curl with chains or bands" gave me the idea for my situtaiton. This way you can still train with weight on bar but just don't load near as crazy with weighted plates when your older or if you have had a good list of injuries. Then from there the rest is either bands or chains for the variable resistance so you can still keep your body strong and also add in isometrics to keep the tendons strong as well. I hope that info helps to those out there that are older in years and to those that have had a list of injuries and you don't want to risk being re-injured and end up in the hospital again and back to square one. As you get older you have to train smarter and also train differently if you have had a list of surgeries. You've only got one body so take care of it.

FAQ
Will Pump Hooks work with my adjustable dumbbells?
Pump Hooks XL are designed specifically for Powerblock (except Elite USA and EXP models) and Bowflex dumbbells.
Pump Hooks XL work on the majority of adjustable dumbbells on the market with a dumbbell length longer than 4.8".
Pump Hooks 2.0 are designed for any dumbbell with a handle length longer than 4.9" which are most fixed dumbbells.
Our XT model is compatible with shorter dumbbell handle lengths such as NUOBELL, CORE HOME, SNODE, and NORDICTRACK.
Do I have to use the Pump Hooks with the Pump Pads?
No! Pump Hooks can be used without the Pump Pads and can be used with any resistance bands on the market!
The Pump Pad's are great for using with any bench exercises or if you want to avoid the tedious process of stepping in and out of bands with each and every set.
What are the Pump Pads and Pump Hooks made of?
Pump Pads are made of solid stainless steel.
Pump Hooks are made of solid steel core with a full vinyl-dipped layer to protect your dumbbells, barbells, and kettlebells.
How long are the Pump Bands and can they be shortened or lengthened?
The Pump Bands are 18" long from end to end. We did a lot of testing to determine which length would work for the maximum amount of exercises as well as testing different user heights.
If for any reason you need to lengthen the bands, our Pump Bands Set comes with Band Extenders that connect to the ends of the bands.
You can shorten the bands using Pump Hooks by wrapping/weaving the bands through the two smaller hooks until you have reached the appropriate length. It's easy and awesome!
Will any resistance bands work with the Pump Pad?
Yes! Pump Pad is universally designed to work with nearly all styles (looped, carabiner, braided, etc.) of resistance bands.
Do I need two Pump Pads?
One Pump Pad is great for single limb exercises, such as a stationary lunge or one arm row.
To take the most advantage of our products, we recommend two Pump Pads for anyone wanting to use them with bench exercises or exercise both sides of the body at the same time (bilateral) such as bench press, shoulder press, squats, etc.
